What is NANOsaver?

A specific raw material obtained from natural ore emits far infrared ray. This raw material, as chosen, has been utilized by Light Ray and transformed into one "Nano Environmental Car Accelerator and Fuel Saver". Noted that device is a hybrid of Nano grade composite. The function of far infrared emission is to break down both fuel and oxygen molecules inside a gas pipe and downgrade the impurities in fuel. Thus the fuel can fully mix with air while entering into the engine cylinder, giving an enhancing performance of combustion.


Advantages of NANOsaver

Fuel flows through the NANOsaver before entering into the engine. Keeping the engine initially run for 5 minutes results in creation of enough heat to stimulate the NANOsaver to emit far infrared ray breaking down the fuel molecules. The temperature of NANOsaver will be elevated to 50-55°C, on average. The temperature of fuel will also be raised up to 40-45°C due to absorption of more heat, finally resulting in the enhancement of combustion efficiency.

NANOsaver emits far infrared ray going through the gas pipe to break down fuel molecules by leading the molecules to resonate. Thus, it can improve combustion efficiency after fuel molecules entering into the engine and further enhances the car horsepower and fuel efficiency.

In case of experiencing difficulty of ignition, abnormal vibration or inevitable stalling, NANOsaver is also capable to improve such conditions.

Various tests have been done by Middle East Technical University (METU) of Ankara-Turkey, and indicates NANOsaver offering an outstanding fuel efficiency by 16.3%.

NANOsaver is designed for all types of motor vehicles. It can be used in cars, sea vehicles, trains and even planes.


How to install NANOsaver?

NANOsaver can be easily installed into all kinds of automobiles. First of all, lift the engine hood to locate the position of the intake pipe in front of the carburetor. Package the NANOsaver around the intake pipe, followed by further coiling the NANOsaver with rope. If there is a factory rubber sheath attached on the surface layer of the intake pipe before installation, the rubber sheath should be removed before application. No further disassembly is required during the installation process.


Following are few friendly reminders for installation process:

If the intake pipe wall is thicker than normal, the penetration of heat going through the wall will be rather inefficient. One of the quick solutions is by wrapping the entire exploring intake pipe with aluminum foil before installing your NANOsaver. This step helps the flow rate of heat exchange.

If your NANOsaver is longer than your intake pipe, you can cut off the excessive portion judging by the actual length of the intake pipe not affecting Light Ray's performance. The excessive part can also be installed at another section connecting the gas pipe to further enhance the combustion.

Make sure you have checked the status of your oil filter, oil level, along with periodic maintenance. Any previously accumulated carbon should be cleared before installation. After a successful application, the total exhaust will decrease, which also indicates that the engine has achieved a better efficiency of combustion.

If the engine r.p.m. tested (shown by revolution counter) while idling appears to be higher after installation, this condition can be adjusted by tuning the bolt named "slow".

The life cycle of NANOsaver under normal conditions is 50.000 km. So changing the NANOsaver at every 50.000 km. will help to achieve better results.
